I have not updated our blog recently because as most of you know, and now everyone will...Nate was laid off May 5th after 9 years at Microsoft. Talk about a blow to the gut! Sorry, but that is exactly how it feels and I know it is worse for Nate. But we are choosing to stay positive. Nate is busy networking and applying for jobs. I know this is a trial of our faith. Jackson and Sammi have been supportive with lots of prayer's that daddy will find a job soon! Friends and family have also been caring, have kind words and want to help if they can. Thank you!
Sammi had her 7th Birthday on May 9th....I will post pictures soon. Here in Bonney Lake we have been enjoying sun for over 2 weeks now...totally unheard of here in the land of misty rain!
